To clean the rug, we suggest shaking it off to get extra debris out, then using a low-power vacuum cleaner. You can also add some mild detergent and gently wash it by hand, then put the rug in a well-ventilated area to dry. Please note that these rugs are not machine washable.

While the rug may have creases and the fibers may not look as fluffy when first received, this is due to the vacuum packing. The rug will recover to its original thickness within a week of being laid flat. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Depending on the material on which the carpet is placed, the bottom may be slightly slippery. We recommend using a non-slip pad or carpet tape to fix the rug and better play the role of anti-slip.
